Greenmount Espies Video and Photography Proposal
Greenmount Espies contacted POPULAR to develop video and photography assets promote their position in the cabinet making market in New Zealand.
We suggest a 2-3 minute hero video, plus additional 15s, 30s, and 60s edits will achieve this purpose. We also have a selection of photographers to suggest included within this proposal.
The video will focus on key parts of the manufacturing process, from design to installation, in order to keep the audience connected to the story of how the material gets from raw state to completed fit-out. We will follow a particular project from start to finish, and then add in additional montages of material to reinforce the wide range of projects Greenmount Espies can produce.

Greenmount Espies offers turn-key interior fit-out solutions to a wide range of sectors - focusing mainly on Retail, Hospitality and Commercial projects. Because of their well-equipped factory and large premises, they are also the contract manufacturer for other industry sectors such as Kitchen, Wardrobe and Campervan manufacturers.
POPULAR has a range of experience in video storytelling within the manufacturing sector, having developed video content for large robotics manufacturers as well as as developing content for sector-wide manufacturing technology producers on behalf of NZ Tech.
Raw materials for a significant project arrive into the factory.

Photography estimate
I have two photographers to suggest for headshots for management. POPULAR would manage the relationship with the photographers including communications and payment terms, unless you’d prefer to engage them directly.
The below project fees are estimates based on approximately 15-20 headshots, but final rates would need to be confirmed before proceeding.
Video estimate
In order to produce 1x 2-3 minute hero video, plus additional 15s, 30s, and 60s edits with the above segments I suggest allowing for the following video production timing;
2x hours Pre-production and planning = n/a
4x half days filming on location w/2x crew = 6,000.00+gst
40 hours editing, animation and graphics = 4,800.00+gst
Total cost = NZD $10,800.00+gst
These prices are indicative, so can be adjusted and tweaked as required depending on your requirements and schedule, and whether the project has changed in the time since I visited site. Terms:
Invoices are sent at the end of each month that a project was completed, and are due on the 20th of the following month.
Invoice will be for total project fee and issued after completion of the project. If the total fee is over $20,000+gst, 50% will be invoiced upon completion of principal filming, and 50% upon final completion of project.
If a confirmed booking is cancelled or postponed with less than 48 hours notice then a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the project filming fee may be applied.
